There is no date on the title page, only on the copyright, but does have twelve little girls at the table "They went home and broke their bread" when there should only be eleven since Madeline is in the hospital. The price on the dust jacket is $2.50. The lovely picture book is clean and bright. The dust jacket has a little bit of wear at the extremities, with a closed tear and attendant crease at the top of the rear panel and a couple of small spots, also on the back panel. not paginated. pictorial paper-covered boards, dust jacket. folio.
