EU-only two CD set containing all of the original studio master takes from Chet Baker's first European tour in 1955 and 1956. These recordings were initially presented on two LPs and one EP. The first two of these sessions featured the splendid pianist Dick Twardzik, who would die in Paris from a drug overdose soon after the recordings were made. Also features musical assistance from Bobby Jaspar, Ren Urtreger, Jimmy Bond, Peter Littman, Niels-Bertil Dahlander and Francy Boland. Masterjazz.
