The countries covered include Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Latvia, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan. With maps for each city, opening dates, number of routes and rosters of vehicles. Includes short history of Soviet trams and main car types. Cities are arranged in alphabetical order (with name changes since 1900 (!) and the name in German, English, Russian, and the country's language). The atlas refers to but does not cover trolleybuses, metros, funiculars, ropeways or suburban electric railways. 232 pages.
