Description
Excerpt from Constitution and Rules<br/><br/>6. The policy, funds and affairs of the ociation shall be controlled and directed by an Executive, which shall consist of the Officers hereinafter mentioned and the three delegates from each Ward Branch as afore said. The Executive shall meet at least monthly, such meetings to be called by the Secretary by order of the President, or on the written direction of at least five mem bers of the Executive. Such written notice of its meetings as the Executive shall deem reasonable shall be given by the Secretary to the members of the Executive. Any mem ber of the Executive absenting himself from three consecutive meetings of the Executive without explanation satisfactory to the Ex contive shall forfeit his member of the Executive. The quorum of the Executive shall be five members personally present.
