The Department of Higher and Postgraduate Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in order to implement the appeal of the Republican Association of General Associations of Hunters and Hunting Entities, recommended that a full course in cynology be introduced into the educational programmes for the training of biologists, zootechnicians, hunting experts and veterinarians at the expense of the university component.
