Their brief romance in the early 1950s was cut short when Lionel was posted off to the Korean War - but will things run more smoothly now that they are both older and wiser In this series, the couple have to host a dinner party for Jean's irritating sister-in-law, and Jean decides to make her life more active - just as Lionel is getting used to his new leisurely lifestyle.
