1970'de İstanbul'da doğdu.Ortaokul ve Lise'yi Galatasaray Lisesi'nde okudu 1988'de mezun oldu. Lise çağında uluslararası özel bir organizasyondan (A.F.S.) aldığı bursla bir yıl ABD California Eyaletinde öğrenim gördü. 1988'de girdiği İstanbul Üniversitesi İngilizce İşletme Fakültesi'nden 1994'te mezun oldu. 1994-1995 öğretim yılında Marmara Üniversitesi Avrupa Topluluğu Enstitüsü'nde Lisansüstü Eğitim ve Galatasaray Üniversitesi'nde asistanlık yaptı. 1995/96'da Tokyo Nihango Gakko (Naganuma) Japonca dil eğitimi aldı. Fransızca Japonca ve İngilizce bilmekte diğer dillerde de öğrenim ve çalışmalarına devam etmektedir. Üç yabancı dilde 1988'den beri profesyonel turist rehberliği yapmaktadır.
