After a certain number of recordings from the last Festival passed unnoticed, following his participation in the comedy "Hair", Gérard signed on for this first album with CBS in 1971. The success was immediate. This first work contains no less than six hits which were: "Il" (Him), the first of them, followed by "De toi" (From You), "La fête des fleurs" (The Feast of Flowers), "Le petit prince" (The Little Prince), "Les matins d'hiver" (Winter Mornings) and "Les jours heureux" (Happy Days). Except for "Il", which was written by Guy Skornik, the other five songs were written by the Seff brothers, brilliant composers from Toulouse. This album remains the most important and the best-selling in Gérard Lenorman's entire career.
