The photos in this book are so big (full-page for every recipe) and so clear and so breathtaking, I could have prepared these dishes with just the ingredients and the pictures. In fact, a few times I have found that the recipe does not produce results as fine as the photos, and I have then adjusted them into perfection with the photo as my standard! But with the word and the image both at your service, I defy you to find a poor recipe or a dish that is less than glorious. The word "complete" in the title is also as accurate as one could expect from 250+ pages. An intelligently varied selection of recipes in at least 12 different categories from soups to desserts -- from various regions of India -- covers the gamut. One could easily assemble three equally fabulous 7-course meals with no repeats.
