The method handbook provides ProfilPASS consultants with tips and resources for group consultations with young people. The comprehensive collection of methods is particularly suited to support the self-evaluation process of youngsters and young adults. The warm-up exercises presented in the first part will help members of the group to get to know each other in order to build up a trustful atmosphere. The games and instructions in the main part relate to the ProfilPASS for young people and support the individual topic areas. Towards the end, the discovered targets will lead to the development of ideas for potential professions and the evaluation of a practicum. The method handbook complements and builds on the methods already included in the ProfilPASS for young people.
