Description
As part of that tumultuous healing process, I went through my surviving literary works in progress and journals. In addition, I read multiple writer's guides. To help myself heal, I forced myself to relive the traumas and decades worth of pent-up emotions that I hadn't been allowed to vocalize.
Anger and rage flowed through my pen, staining pages in literary blood, a cathartic experience that fueled my healing process.
I realized that these works can help fellow survivors feel heard and help others see into our minds to better understand us.
May you enjoy "Weaving the Phrase", a sampling of my works inspired by the healing process and the horrific memories of what I survived at the hands of the corrupt.
