Vertical vestibular stimulation is a noval therapy to improve gross motor function of children with cerebral palsy. It has been found to be effective for improvement of balance performance of children with CP. Many children with CP have constellation of disorders, difficulty in physical activity and walking difficulty which impaired their gross motor function that is the major issue in such children. Vestibular stimulation is found to be effective for managing manifestation of children. It contributes to improve motor skills and verbaliation. It also improves static and dynamic balance. The vertical vestibular stimulation is one of the best vestibular stimulation technique found to be more helpful to improve balance performance and gross motor function such as rolling, sitting, standing, walking.
