It is the first book to provide this level of detail and to be written to supplement the national Nautical Maps (Waterkaarten) app and charts. It even corrects numerous errors to be found in this and other apps and published guides. This latest edition also includes full colour maps of every route. The guide is written by Andy Mulholland and Machiel Lambooij, members of the Cruising Association's European Inland Waterways Section (EIWS), who have cruised virtually every waterway in the Netherlands over the past decade, and edited by fellow EIWS member Gordon Knight. It is updated annually via reports from CA members actively cruising the inland waterways (several hundred of which are submitted each year) and includes a 15 per cent discount offer on first year's CA membership to purchasers applying online during the year.
