25 years ago Merle Watson put together a band to explore different musical avenues other than the music he was making with his father, the legendary Doc Watson. Frosty Morn opened shows for Doc Watson and it wasn't too long before Doc started to join the band on stage. Merle died in 1985, the other members of the band continue to get together once a year to reminisce, cut-up and generally just have a good time. This live disc was recorded at last year's Merlefest, one of the best roots festivals in the US. Merle's son Richard Watson sits in with the original line-up and "Round The Table Again" is a playfully good time in fond remembrance of Merle and the wonderful music he made.
