Nanotechnology has studied the formation of silver nanoparticles and it has the application of extremely small things in different scientific fields, such as chemistry, biology, physics, materials science, and engineering. It deals with the formation of nanoparticles (size of 1-100 nm). Utilization of biological materials in the synthesis of nanoparticles is one of the hottest topics in modern Nanoscience and nanotechnology. In the present investigation, the silver nanoparticles were synthesized by using the leaf extract of Catharanthus roseus. The aqueous extract of leaf was used for the phytochemical analysis to find out the phytochemical constituents in the plants. The results of the phytochemical analysis of this plant showed that the proteins, carbohydrates, phenol, and alkaloids were found.
