Due to the importance of this topic, it is necessary to search for alternatives in this direction, since practice has shown that there are insufficiencies that start from the educational work in the classes to the extracurricular activities that are carried out with the students, negatively affecting their motivation to choose pedagogical careers for the continuity of their studies.
