While there are many moves in the standard belly dance vocabulary, sometimes you just want to add some drama and flair to your dance. In this DVD Amanda Rose explores leg work, spins, and body extensions. These moves will help you to embellish and diversify your own personal style, but they are not meant to take it over. Amanda keeps the Middle Eastern in Middle Eastern dance and does not allow Western influences to override her Egyptian style. In this DVD we will cover different leg work stylizations such as flicks and kicks, basic and complicated spins, and boy extensions ranging from backbends to side layouts. Amanda discusses proper technique for each movement and offers drills and strengthening exercises to help you develop the movement in your own body. You will also give life to the movements by incorporating them into several combinations.
