This highlight a novel dimension given that sanitation enforcement has always been top-down as opposed to bottom-up enforcement. Moreover, the study disclosed that most residents in peri urban areas were exposed to faecal with a high risk of disease outbreaks. Furthermore, there is inadequate vaccination coverage for the service providers.
