We must do, as otherwise we can't really explain why we sacked off perfectly good 'normal' working lives, to chuck everything into a pork snack based business when we knew precisely nothing about the industry, or about pubs or about supermarkets or about food supply... you get the idea. To use geeky online speak, we were total n00bs. Working with our supremely talented chef friend Lizzie, we set about figuring out what a pork snack powered cookbook looks like- we started with the more obvious stuff, but soon Lizzie was whipping up all kinds of inspiration and showing what a versatile swine this old favourite is. You'll see we decided to get some of our amazing pub friends involved too as having a book like this without mentioning pubs would be too ridiculous even for us. The combined efforts of this process are a mere couple of page turns away for your snaffling pleasure, with some using crackling as a central ingredient and others having just a little porky injection, but we reckon they all deliver a plate\/bowl\/handful of swine dining.
