Descriptive statistics, independent t-test and Pearson correlation were analyzed using SPSS Version 26.Results: Study included 533 participants (21-40 years= 358, 41-60 years= 175) to assess the health issues among the healthy individuals working from home in COVID- 19 pandemic.
