Density in Relation to Built-Forms and Spatial Quality of Urban Spaces

This is a book that tells us clearly how far the elements of spatial quality of Urban Spaces are being influenced by Density and Patterns of Built-Forms. As Urban Design-Planner, I Suggest that Urban Design and Planning should 'start with proper computation of Density thresholds' to determine patterns of Built-Forms so as to offer better quality urban spaces in the built-environments. So, this book has recommended 'Start planning and design with Appropriate application of Density', 'Density as prescription rather than Description'."
